  • Rotating roster which will include early mornings, nights and weekend work

    Job Duties/Essential Functions

    • Cleans and sanitizes the bakery area including bakery cooler and freezer. Sweeps, mops, sprays, washes, applies
    cleaning agents, wipes, and operates pressure washer. Cleans and re-fills mop bucket and cleans mop head.
    • Dismantles bakery equipment, such as power mixer & muffin depositor. Washes, rinses and sanitizes removable parts in
    commercial dishwasher or by hand in three compartment sink. Wipes down stationary parts with cleaning agent, water
    and sanitizing agent.
    • Washes bakery containers and utensils using commercial dishwasher.
    • Re-stocks baking supplies and industrial-sized containers of ingredients.
    • Collects cardboard and trash; operates trash compactor, cardboard baler. Takes laundry to laundry service pick-up area.
