Cost Planning Supervisor

Job Description:

The Cost Planning Supervisor oversees and coordinates all quantity surveying activities on construction projects to ensure accurate cost management, compliance with contract requirements, and effective budget control. The role involves preparing and reviewing cost estimates, managing progress claims, handling variations, monitoring project expenditures, and supporting the project management teams. The QS Supervisor ensures timely and accurate reporting while maintaining strong communication with contractors and suppliers.

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and/or Electrical Engineering

Experience:

• 3 years of relevant Cost Planning experience (construction, or related fields)
