Job Description

We are seeking a Cost Manager to lead cost control and commercial reporting for the Terminal 6 Substructure Works package at King Salman International Airport (KSIA), Riyadh. As a build-only substructure contract covering mass earthworks, extensive reinforced concrete works, waterproofing, and precast elements, this package requires precise, ongoing cost tracking to protect margin across a fast-track programme with multiple concurrent work fronts. You will prepare and maintain detailed cost plans, budgets, and cash flow forecasts for the substructure scope, monitor actual costs against budget on a rolling basis, and track variations and emerging cost risks or opportunities as the programme progresses. The role also involves supporting procurement processes and evaluating subcontractor cost proposals, ensuring commercial decisions are grounded in accurate, up-to-date cost data.
