Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Cost Manager to deliver cost management services across large-scale advanced manufacturing, semiconductor, and high-tech facility projects in Malaysia. You will lead commercial management of CSA and MEP packages to keep projects within budget while upholding quality and governance.

The role requires strong cost planning, pre- and post-contract expertise, stakeholder collaboration, and the ability to manage procurement, cost reports, and final accounts
