Job Description

• Works directly for the Sales and Marketing Manager. Supports all Account Managers/Sales Representatives and the President. Receives minimal instruction on priorities, procedures, and systems
• Prepare cost estimates and quotations, service agreement, and tender within set deadlines
• Prepare work to be estimated by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents
• Works with sales team to prepare estimates, quotations and bid documents for clients.
• Maintain records of estimated and actual costs
• Recommend ways to reduce costs
• Collect and maintain sales performance records and other sales related correspondence.
• Maintain electronic and hard-copy database of proposals, quotations, reports, etc.
• Make customer follow up phone calls per direction.
