The Projects Portfolio Cost Engineer scope involves supporting the delivery of consistent and appropriate cost management structures/tools/processes for Portfolio of small Capital Projects (site) throughout all the phases
What You'll Be Doing
The role supports the delivery of standardized cost management processes and tools for a portfolio of small capital projects across all phases. Key responsibilities include:
Cost Structure Development: Assist in creating and implementing Cost Breakdown Structures (CBS), Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), and estimate breakdowns for capital projects.
Systems & Reporting: Manage GSAP network creation, purchase order generation, monthly cost reporting, productivity tracking, and time-writing exceptions.
Cost Control & Forecasting: Embed Shell cost control processes, including commitment capture, VOWD, cost forecasting, earned value management, and variance analysis. Prepare and review cost reports with budget holders.<...
