This role is ideal for individuals with strong analytical skills, technical competence, and hands‑on experience in cost estimation Salah takes‑offs for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and bill of quantities (BOQs) for Civil, Structural, and Architectural works
  • Analyze plans, drawings, specifications, and other contract documents
  • Assist in budget preparation, cost monitoring, and variance analysis during project execution
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams regarding material quantities and pricing
