Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Perform cost management and contract administration duties independently and within established timelines.
Prepare and manage project documentation including Tender Documents, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), Tender Reports, pre-contract correspondence, Letters of Award (LOA), and contract documents.
Review, validate, and process variation orders (VO), claims, progress payments, and final accounts from vendors, ensuring all necessary approvals are obtained.
Collaborate closely with the procurement team and provide support throughout procurement activities.
Liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and cost control.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness in cost management processes and deliverables.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor.
