Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage cost estimates and budgets for engineering projects.
  • Analyze project performance and provide reports on cost tracking and forecasts.
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure adherence to budget and schedule.
  • Identify cost reduction opportunities and strategies for efficiency.
  • Prepare and present detailed cost analysis to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, license required.
  • 3 to 5 years working experience in Construction and Site Management
  • Proficiency in Engineering Software STAAD, RCDC, ETABS, AutoCAD and Planswift.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, advanced decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • With driver's license is an advantage.
