Cost Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment for projects.
• Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and provide regular cost reports.
• Analyze cost variances and recommend corrective actions to management.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to ensure cost efficiency.
• Assist in contract evaluation, tendering, and procurement processes.
• Ensure all cost documentation is accurate and compliant with company policies and industry standards.
• Support decision-making by providing cost analysis and financial insights.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in cost engineering, project estimation, or quantity surveying.
