Cost Controller

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and its analysis
• Support the development and monitoring of plant budgets and forecasts.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to improve performance.
• Collaborate with operations, logistics, and other departments to align financial goals.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in cost accounting, inventory valuation, and capital expenditure tracking.
• Assist in financial audits and implement process improvements based on findings.
• Maintain and enhance ERP and financial reporting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in a financial or accounting role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
