Role purpose : This is a field-first Cost Controller role responsible for inventory control, production costing, yields and variance management across CPU, roastery and outlets. You will enforce Supy discipline (GRNs, transfers, wastage, production outputs, counts), verify reality on site, and produce weekly and monthly COGS/margin reporting.
This is not a desk job. You are expected to be present in outlets and CPU/roastery regularly, run checks, challenge discrepancies, and close issues with owners within deadlines.
Key Responsibilities Supy ownership (non-negotiable)- Own Supy data integrity: item master/UOMs, pack sizes, recipes/BOMs, yield factors, approved wastage reasons.
- Ensure all locations follow the same Supy workflow for GRNs, transfers, returns, wastage, production, and stock counts.
