Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cost control systems to monitor budget performance across engineering, procurement and construction workstreams.
• Collaborate with project teams to establish and manage cost baselines, forecasts and change management processes.
• Support project estimates, cost risk analysis, cash flow modelling and financial reporting.
• Track actual vs. budgeted costs, identify variances and proactively recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate with procurement and contract administration to track committed costs and invoice progress.
• Produce periodic cost reports tailored to client and project needs, including earned value management when applicable.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of cost engineering and control practices at BBA.
