The Principal Cost Controller contributes to the sales, profitability and management of work and people. They provide leadership to professional and technical staff on complex, large scale projects that deliver high standard outcomes for AECOM. 

  • Cost Estimation and Budgeting:

    • Develop and manage project cost estimates and budgets in collaboration with project managers and engineering teams.
    • Analyze project scope and specifications to ensure accurate cost forecasting.
  • Cost Monitoring and Reporting:

    • Monitor project costs against budgets and forecasts, identifying variances and providing timely reports to stakeholders.
    • Prepare regular cost reports, including Earned Value Analysis (EVA), to track financial performance.
