Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and expense reports.
- Track and analyze material, production, and departmental costs.
- Manage supplier relationships and approve purchases with the Purchasing Department.
- Conduct cost analyses to identify savings opportunities.
- Coordinate with Finance, HR, and Operations to ensure accurate cost tracking and reporting.
- Maintain cost efficiency and monitor departmental spending within approved budgets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in cost control or financial analysis (hospitality experience preferred).
