Job Description
Cost Administrator (or Administrative Coordinator I ) performs a variety of operational activities in support of Research Marketing, including:
- Expense Report processing for Management Team
- Purchase Order Requisition (POR) processing and POR follow-ups for all of Research Marketing
- Other MEO projects as needed
This position utilizes Oracle, Chrome River, SFDC, CRM and research tools (such as LinkedIn, Zoom Info and Google) . Many tasks/projects require basic knowledge of excel and SharePoint.
The Administrative Coordinator I also works closely with Research Marketing, Finance and Account Payables.
Very good communication skills and a basic understanding of Marketing are required to effectively perform this job.
