Dhruva Space is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Cost Accountant / Chartered Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. With 4–6 years of relevant experience in Activity-Based Costing (ABC), cost structures, financial analysis, and audit support, the ideal candidate will play a critical role in strengthening financial and cost controls and enabling data-driven decision-making.

- Design, implement, and maintain Activity-Based Costing (ABC) models across programs and manufacturing processes.
- Identify cost drivers and allocate indirect costs accurately across cost pools.
- Analyze cost structures and recommend optimization and efficiency improvement measures.
