Cost Accountant

Reporting to the Cost Accountant, the role will prepare and maintain accounting records, research and interpret accounting data, and provide advice or prepare statements.

Typical Day

• Perform periodic review of Profit and Loss (P&L) accounts to ensure postings are in line with defined policy, process, and procedures.
• Compare actuals with Forecast/Quote, research variances, and make required adjustment postings.
• Collect business reasons for remaining variances and report appropriately.
• Reconcile all scoped Balance Sheet accounts with sub‑ledger/manual schedules to identify and address variances. ...
