Cost Accountant

Job description

We are exclusively partnering with a leading manufacturing business to recruit a Cost / Management Accountant to join their finance team.

This is a fast-paced, commercially focused role where strong cost accounting experience is essential. You will work closely with production and senior leaders, providing insight that drives performance, efficiency, and decision-making across the business.

Key duties include:

Preparation and analysis of product costing, variances, and margins

Partnering with production and operations to understand cost drivers

Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes

Providing commercial insights to support operational decision-making

Continuous improvement of costing systems and reporting processes
