Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate Zone Manager to help lead our Cosmetica Takapuna store in NZ on a full‑time basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Management Team to deliver exceptional customer experiences in your store.
• Lead from the front; drive success in your store through strong communication and upskilling the team.
• Engage and motivate your team in store to meet KPIs and uphold our values.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in successfully leading large retail teams.
• A true passion for exceptional customer service, going above and beyond for customers to create MECCA‑magic moments.
• Confidence in providing feedback to develop and coach team members.

Additional Requirements

• Availability to work late evenings and weekends.
• First 90 days will be subject to a trail period if you have never worked for MECCA before.
