Responsible for building, maintaining, and increasing sales volume

Responsibilities: Develop and implement a successful sales strategy that aligns with our business objectives.

- Build strong business relationships with customers to generate sales volume.

- Manage customer agreements and all relevant documentation.

- Lead the renewal processes within your assigned geographic area.

- Create an annual sales forecast, including volume, prices, and margins, for assigned customers.

- Implement optimization plans for each customer as outlined in the Operational Master Plan (OMP).

- Analyze sales results, including margins and market share, within your geographic area and collaborate with local teams and the Sales Director to implement action plans as needed. - Ensure compliance with communication procedures to maintain alignment with all SPK stakeholders.
