Thales is seeking a dedicated Corrective Maintenance Lead to supervise ship maintenance operations. This hybrid position requires coordination with various stakeholders, including Naval Engineering Management, to ensure smooth defect management and maintenance processes. You will chair regular meetings, assign tasks, and validate maintenance information to support the Royal Canadian Navy’s requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee defect notifications and ensure detailed tracking
• Chair bi-weekly AJISS Assignment Team meetings
• Review and assign Scope of Work for corrective jobs
• Draft and approve Statements of Work documents
