Corporate Trainer

Position Purpose
A Corporate Trainer is responsible for maintaining the standards of an organizations talent by providing comprehensive training during onboarding and as needed throughout employment.
This role will work with specified departments to deliver, update, manage and track courses required for Team Member development and become the subject matter expert in that field.
A Corporate Trainer is responsible for performing skill assessments and delivering coaching to improve performance goals. A Corporate Trainer role is responsible for facilitating in-person, virtual or blended training when needed, to all levels of Team Members within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Review current available training programs and materials to become the subject matter expert and deliver training to specified workgroups.
Facilitate trainings for onboarding and on-going, team building, and any additional training based on business needs.
