Lead and evolve the Hydrogen Top Talent Program, ensuring alignment with the broader Leadership and Talent Academy strategy.Design and deliver high-impact, future-focused leadership development experiences (in-person and virtual).Manage the full program lifecycle: from participant intake and onboarding through to development journey, offboarding, and alumni engagement.Define and monitor program KPIs to measure impact and ensure continuous improvement through data and feedback.Foster global networking, collaboration, and trust-building among participants.Facilitate executive engagement and visibility, strengthening Munich Re’s internal leadership pipeline.Provide 1:1 coaching, career enablement, and development support to participants.Manage program budget and vendor relationships, including contracts with external facilitators, coaches, or assessment providers.Ensure high levels of participant s...
