What you’ll be doing:

• Run the store independently for large parts of your shift

• Take ownership of day-to day store operations with supported decision making

• Lead, coach and develop your store team

• Deliver excellent customer service and store standards

• Manage rostering, performance and key KPIs

• Oversee store operations, stock and financial results
