Job Description
Corporate Solicitor – 2+ Years PQE – Devizes Location: Devizes Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: £55,000 – £80,000 (depending on experience)
Key Responsibilities
- Advise on acquisitions and disposals, restructures, management buyouts, shareholders’ agreements and joint ventures
- Support and lead on transactions depending on experience
- Provide commercially focused advice to a wide range of clients
- Build strong internal and external relationships
- Contribute to business development and networking activities
- Work collaboratively across departments and office locations
- Maintain strong organisation, high standards and excellent client service
About You
- Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE in corporate law
- Strong drafting, negotiation and analytical skills
- Experience across a broad range of corporate matters
