Corporate Service Manager-WBG OPERATIONS (OPS)-Customer Service Desk To handle day to day trade transactions, understanding client requirements, •Co-ordination with cpc for transaction processing and discrepancy resolution, •Dealing and co-ordinating with various business groups within the bank, •Ensuring error-free and timely execution of trade transactions. •Ensuring compliance and internal guidelines are being adhered •Co-ordinating with clients /Corr Banks for getting the queries raised by Trade Finance / CMS •Operations resolved in a timely manner. •Issuance of Letter of credit. •Initial scrutiny of documents for Trade before sending the documents to CPC for further processing. •Attending to front-end requirements of corporate customers. •To co-ordinate with CPC / CMS / Clearing for all requirements of the customer and ensure that all deliverables are delivered / transactions processed as per the agreed TAT.
