What you'll be doing?

  • Create and maintain a client portfolio while offering assistance with corporate secretarial and administrative tasks.
  • Organise daily activities, such as the incorporation, liquidation, and re-domiciliation of entities, and make sure they are carried out smoothly.
  • Create and examine legal documents like powers of attorney, shareholder agreements, and board decisions.

  • What's your skills?

  • Bachelor or Master's degree or equivalent in experience.
  • Around 2 years of experience as a Corporate Secretary in Luxembourg.
