JOB VACANCY: Corporate Secretary
Location: Ipoh
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Employment Type: Full Time
Qualifications:
- Diploma or above
- Preferably with experience in Malaysia Accounting firm or Corporate Secretarial firm (training will be provided)
- Fluent in Mandarin + English
Job Scope:
- Incorporation of Singapore / Malaysia Company
- Prepare necessary documents for AGM, EGM, Resolution, Striking Off and etc. using Teamwork
- Handle Business Profile Transactions
- Perform Sentroweb Screenings & CDD
- Participate in Implementation of Corporate Secretarial Management System
- Maintain client's profile and update statutory registers and ensure timely filing
