JOB VACANCY: Corporate Secretary

Location: Ipoh
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Employment Type: Full Time

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or above
  • Preferably with experience in Malaysia Accounting firm or Corporate Secretarial firm (training will be provided)
  • Fluent in Mandarin + English

Job Scope:

  • Incorporation of Singapore / Malaysia Company
  • Prepare necessary documents for AGM, EGM, Resolution, Striking Off and etc. using Teamwork
  • Handle Business Profile Transactions
  • Perform Sentroweb Screenings & CDD
  • Participate in Implementation of Corporate Secretarial Management System
  • Maintain client's profile and update statutory registers and ensure timely filing
