Job Scope
  • Manage and handle portfolio of 70 SME companies
  • Perform corporate and secretarial duties (i.e., incorporation, prepare board resolutions and minutes, etc.)
  • E‑Meet clients and provide general advice on compliance requirements
  • Perform other admin or secretarial ad‑hoc duties as and when required

  • Able to work independently, multi‑task and is meticulous
