Job Function:

Responsible for the account management of the store’s corporate client base. This involves building strong relationships with corporate clients, supporting the team’s sales strategies, and offering tailored solutions to meet their corporate needs.


Responsibilities:

  • Handle clients' inquiries
  • Manage and retain account
  • Prepare and maintain complete accurate reports
  • Prepare proposals and conduct upsell and cross-sell
  • Provide operational support across B2B processes


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any business-related course
  • At least 2 - 3 years experience related to sales / marketing
