What You'll Do


  • Identify, prospect, and engage with corporate clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
  • Build and nurture relationships with HR leaders, L&D teams, business heads, and decision-makers.
  • Understand client learning and business requirements, and recommend customized corporate training and certification solutions.
  • Conduct discovery calls, product demonstrations, and virtual/client meetings to present solutions.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate commercials, and close enterprise deals.
  • Own the complete B2B sales cycle—from lead generation and qualification to deal closure and handover for delivery.
  • Work closely with the Learning Solutions, Marketing, and Delivery teams to create tailored client proposals.
  • Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets while maintaining healthy sales pipelines.
