Job Description
The Corporate Sales Officer is a sales function responsible for bringing sales through corporate distribution channels. The assigned CS Officer shall lead, manage, and develop the assigned region/channel in line with the corporate objectives and vision. CS officer is also expected to provide deliver new business, handle renewal negotiations and manage aftersales escalations.
**Position Responsibilities:**
+ Effectively execute strategies and action plans on handling corporate accounts and lead generation activities.
+ Meet the set targets in terms of APE, activation, account renewals and number of closed cases.
+ Train and manage the region/channel to sell Group Insurance, Group Credit Life and Health products
+ Build and execute process to ensure that Service Level Agreements for the delivery of corporate account and lead generation requirements are met.
