Job Description:

  • Identify and engage potential customers for Value Added Services (VAS) while building and maintaining strong, long-lasting business relationships.
  • Conduct regular outdoor visits and fieldwork to generate leads, meet clients, and ensure on-ground sales execution.
  • Manage and monitor the sales pipeline to ensure timely follow-ups, conversions, and accurate reporting.
  • Achieve assigned monthly sales targets through effective planning, execution, and performance tracking.
  • Handle and lead the sales team by assigning targets, monitoring performance, and ensuring discipline and motivation.
  • Conduct regular trainings to enhance team skills, product knowledge, and overall sales effectiveness.
  • Prepare proposals and participate in tenders for potential customers.
  • Prepare and present weekly and monthly sales reports.
