Corporate Relations Coordinator

Position Overview

The Corporate Relations Coordinator (events and marketing) supports Aalto University’s collaboration with employer companies and organizations by marketing services and events, organizing student‑employer networking, and liaising with stakeholders. This full‑time, two‑year fixed‑term role is part of the Corporate Relations and Career Design Lab teams.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate interactions between employer companies and students across all Aalto disciplines through multi‑channel student and employer communications and networking events.
• Organize employer‑student matchmaking events, communicate about them to various audiences (students, employers) and conduct post‑event evaluations and compile feedback.
• Maintain liaison with internal Aalto stakeholders and ensure their commitment to our activities.
