Tim Hortons is seeking a highly organized and proactive Corporate Recruiting Coordinator – Virtual Campus Programs to support and execute our early talent and campus recruitment initiatives in a virtual environment. This role plays a critical part in building strong pipelines of emerging talent by coordinating virtual campus events, managing candidate communications, and supporting recruiters in delivering an exceptional candidate experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about talent acquisition and employer branding.
