(GTA) are affiliated architectural, engineering, and environmental consulting firms with a team of 800+ professionals and growing. We're seeking a driven Corporate Recruiter to join our Recruiting team and play a key role in attracting top talent across multiple disciplines.
This position is based in our Abingdon, MD office and will start on-site, with the opportunity to move to a hybrid schedule after 6 months. Core hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., business casual dress. Occasional overtime may be required.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
+ Source and engage active and passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, and other platforms
+ Coordinate and schedule virtual and in-person interviews
+ Prepare and send offer letters; follow up with hiring managers and candidates
+ Pre-screen candidates and conduct reference checks
