Key Responsibilities



Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire hiring process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.

Sourcing: Utilize various channels such as job portals, social media, and employee referrals to maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates.

Candidate Screening: Conduct initial phone screenings and behavioral interviews to assess candidate fit and technical competence.

Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with department heads to understand specific hiring needs and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.

Administrative Compliance: Ensure all recruitment documentation, including job offer letters and employment certifications, are processed accurately and on time.

Reporting: Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provide weekly reports on hiring metrics such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire.
