Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, or Customer Service Representative
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Professional appearance and telephone etiquette
- Ability to manage visitors, calls, appointments, and administrative tasks efficiently
- Experience in a corporate environment is preferred
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence
- Manage meeting room bookings and appointments
- Maintain front desk operations and administrative records
- Provide general administrative support to the team
