Job Responsibilities
- Review and check all documents including those related to legal or business matters, before they reach the MD.
- Provide advice to the MD on business operations, legal issues, potential risks, and any concerns that may affect the company.
- Manage the MD's schedule and coordinate meetings with both internal and external parties.
- Act as the MD's first point of contact and handle enquiries or requests on the MD's behalf.
- Prepare corporate presentation and assist in presenting when required.
- Support public relations, investor relations and corporate communication matters as part of daily operations.
- Provide Personal Assistant–level support when needed, including coordinating travel, appointments, and follow-up tasks.
