Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions Associate (#1003) - New York
Dorsey & Whitney LLP is seeking a Corporate M&A associate attorney with three to five years of experience in cross-border corporate and M&A matters to join the Corporate Department in its New York office. The associate will have the opportunity to work directly with partners on interesting cross-border corporate matters and M&A transactions.
The following qualifications are required:
- New York (or equivalent US jurisdictions) bar admission;
- Three to five years of experience in general corporate and corporate transactional work (with a focus on cross-border M&A, greenfield investment and other transactions involving Chinese companies) at a large international law firm or a top Chinese law firm with a significant international practice;
- Excellent drafting, analytical, project management and communication skills;
