About the role

This is a generalist legal role covering both the internal legal needs of UHY Axon and direct support to clients on corporate legal matters. You will work independently across a broad range of areas - from contract review and drafting to corporate governance, regulatory filings, and client-facing support for company establishment and structuring - collaborating closely with management, client-facing teams, and external advisors when needed.
