About the Company

Our client, a well-established full-service law firm in downtown Toronto, is seeking a Corporate Legal Assistant to join their team. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement with 2 days in office.


The ideal candidate will have strong corporate legal assistant experience and exceptional document specialist skills, including advanced formatting, blacklining, revisions, and document conversions.


Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and legal assistant support to three partners within the Corporate/Commercial group
  • Draft, revise, format, compare, and finalize complex corporate and transactional documents
  • Perform advanced document formatting, blacklining, revisions, and conversions using Litera Compare, Kofax, and Microsoft Office
  • Prepare correspondence, legal documents, and other materials through transcription and copy-typing
