Our client, a well-established law firm with a strong corporate practice is seeking a Corporate Legal Assistant to join their team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and legal support to lawyers within the corporate group
  • Prepare, format, and revise correspondence and legal documents
  • Assist with corporate transactions, including organizing closing documents and materials
  • Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and track key deadlines
  • Maintain and organize electronic and physical client files
  • Handle client communication and liaise with third parties as required
  • Prepare and process accounts, including pre-bills and final invoices
  • Conduct corporate searches and assist with basic filings when needed
  • Support general office administration and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
