Key Requirements

• US or UK qualified lawyer .
• 6+ years PQE with strong experience in cross‑border M&A transactions.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi‑jurisdictional deal structures .
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team‑oriented, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced international setting.
