What you'll be doing?

  • Give clients legal advice on issues pertaining to the establishment, reorganisation, and shutdown of businesses.
  • Write and lead negotiations for agreements, contracts, and other legal documents related to business transactions.
  • Give informed guidance on corporate governance issues, mergers, and acquisitions.
  • Serve as a client's advocate during commercial dispute resolution processes.

  • Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in corporate law practice.
  • Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of handling complex legal matters
