Matul Corporate Services helps entrepreneurs, investors and international companies set up and run their business in the UAE - company formation, legal, tax & accounting, relocation and real estate, all under one roof.

We're growing our legal practice and looking for a lawyer who wants to build real expertise in UAE corporate law alongside a senior team.

What you'll do
  • Draft and review contracts and corporate documents (English and Russian)
  • Support company setup, licensing and corporate changes across Mainland and Free Zones
  • Run due diligence and counterparty checks
  • Liaise with clients, free zone authorities and government bodies
  • Keep corporate records clean and audit ready
What we're looking for
  • 1-3 years of legal experience (law firm or in house)
  • Law degree
  • Strong written English and Russian; Arabic is a plus
  • Solid contract drafting and corporate law fundamentals
