About the role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented professional to provide administrative and coordination support within the Corporate Issues function, with a focus on managing Ministerial, Freedom of Information and Director General correspondence. In this role, you will support the preparation, tracking and reporting of documentation through the Corporate and Ministerial System (CAMS), ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance with Government requirements. You will play a key role in coordinating input across divisions, assisting in the preparation of high-quality Ministerial, Freedom of Information and Director General correspondence, reports and briefings, and maintaining effective communication with internal stakeholders and Ministerial Offices.
