Corporate Governance Officer

Our client, a multinational group is looking for an experienced corporate governance professional to take full ownership of subsidiary governance across a portfolio of legal entities in Switzerland and internationally.

This is a hands‑on, autonomous role. You'll run the governance calendar end to end, lead Swiss AGM cycles, and keep a multi‑jurisdictional entity portfolio compliant and audit‑ready.

What you'll own :

• The full statutory calendar across the portfolio: board and shareholder meetings, filings, renewals
• Swiss AGM processes, from preparation through to follow‑up
• Corporate actions : incorporations, restructurings, dissolutions and the resolutions, powers of attorney and constitutional documents behind them
• Entity records, D&O registers, signatory lists and group structure charts
• Notarisation, apostille and legalisation across jurisdictions
