Corporate Governance Manager

Responsible for liaison with two Japanese shareholding companies of the joint venture organization, which includes presenting request for shareholders' executive/board approval and preparing daily/weekly/monthly reporting to shareholders' various organizational functions,

Dealing with existing/potential clients for new project opportunities,

Dealing with new business development utilizing decarbonization and/or low-emission technology to be applied to future FPSO projects

Contract negotiation such as price, delivery schedule, scope of work, payment conditions, performance guarantee, defect liability, securities, insurances, change order risk allocation, and other contract conditions with client, vendors and subcontractors in collaboration with internal disciplines including project, engineering, procurement, construction and operation team,
